Reporting to the Marketing and Audience Development Manager, you will lead the busy ticketing team to deliver an effective, efficient and customer-focused Box Office. With a desire to learn and develop new systems, you will make a positive contribution to the company, providing a high level of service to internal and external clients.
The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator with well-developed inter-personal skills and experience in motivating and leading a ticketing team. A high-level understanding of ticketing systems (preferably Tessitura or ENTA), competence in MS Office, experience in CRM, reporting and analysis, with demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies is desirable. Attention to detail, superior organisational skills and an ability to work autonomously is also required.
